1996 Ford F-250 Supercab XLT 4x4 7.3 Liter TurboDiesel Powerstroke Long Bed Manual Locking Front Hubs Electric Windows/Locks/Drivers Seat Clean Michigan Title in my name (military family - all our vehicles are titled in Michigan) Will consider trade for a clean four door hatchback with a manual (Subaru, VW Golf, Audi, Mazda3, etc.) I put a lot of time and energy into the truck because I expected to keep it forever but now we're moving overseas and it has to go. Read below for details. It looks lifted but it is not - it has factory double spring packs front and rear for the original camper shell and, if you ever wanted, a snow plow attachment. Purchased in October 2015 to pull our fifth wheel for family camping.third owner. Was originally purchased in Utah as a camper truck (rigged for a bed slide-in camper) then used to pull a horse trailer in Colorado where I bought it from the second owner. Intended to keep it forever but I am in the military and am being sent overseas and can only take one vehicle so I have to keep the minivan (sad face) and sell the truck. I have driven it cross-country eight times (pulling trailers) and have never had a single issue. I have driven it very little in the past five months due to class schedule and living in the city but I would drive it to Miami this afternoon with no hesitation. As mentioned I've done a fair amount of work and I'll list it in order I had it done - motor work done at Texas Diesel Power in Fort Worth, Texas and Diesel Tech in San Bernardino. - New Starter - New IPR (Injector Pressure Regulator) Valve and Sensor - New EBP (Exhaust Backpressure) Tube and Sensor - Edge Evolution CS2 Computer and Programmer (manages transmission, injectors, etc.) - I put this in to more closely manage my engine temps when towing - I've never changed my injection rates or transmission shift points although you can and you may want to if you drive it in town a lot; low speed shifts can be awkward - New Driveshaft Main Bearing - New Front Wheel Bearings - Flushed, Cleaned, Refreshed Transfer Case - Flushed, Cleaned, Refreshed Radiator - New Headlights - New Metal Door Levers (replace the OEM plastic levers) - New K&N Cold Air Intake - New Oil Pan - New PCM (Powertrain Control Module) - New Parking Brake Cable and Shoe - Two New Batteries - Rebuilt Rear Hubs - Rebuilt Rear Brakes - New Windshield - Airgate (5th Wheel Compatible) - Cab Lights - Additional trailer backup lights - There is more that I cannot recall at the moment. Oil changed every 3000 miles, most recently at Jiffy Lube in Seaside Fuel filter changed every 10000 miles (will need a change in 5000 miles) I've also added these extra useful things: - AirLift Load Lifter 5K load-leveling bags with on-frame inline compressor and in-cab pressure gauge - Cobra CB Radio w/ 6' Whip - 10,000# bumper receiver and two 6" drop hitches (one with a 2" ball and one with a 2 5/16" ball) - 25,000# Tow Strap - 15,000# underbed gooseneck hitch (ball included) - 15,000# Reese Fifth Wheel Hitch - Haynes and Chilton Manuals - Extra Fluids - Pelican Case Tool Box with Primary Tools for Roadside Repairs - Two full fuel tanks (37 gallons of diesel) - Etc.
