1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO HERE ( https://youtu.be/G_tT6JeGvmM ) For sale is a 1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III finished in Royal blue with a white vinyl top and blue interior. A very rare and sought after color combination. This vehicle came out of San Jose, CA. It is fully loaded with factory A/C, Power Brakes, and Power Steering. A/C still blows cold! It was owned by a gentleman for the last 7 years until he passed away leaving this car in the garage for his children. They did not have much use for it so they decided to sell it. This is an original CA car that retains its blue plates. Clean CA title on Non-op. The paint is exceptional with minor flaws here and there. The interior is in lovely condition. The headliner is perfect, door panels look excellent and the carpet is plush. No rust on the floors, minimal rust on the body, as shown in the video. Recent work includes; new battery, new brake shoes and pads, new master cylinder, new water pump, new fuel pump, new brass core radiator and thermostat. Mechanically it runs and drives. It will still need additional TLC. Carburetor needs to be rebuilt, and the transmission has a small leak. Motor does fire right up, sounds good and has a lot of power. The transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. And the brakes and suspension feel just fine. But it is still a project, I would not drive long distances without addressing its issues. I loved Blue on Blue and had to purchase it when I had the chance. It is not everyday you will find this awesome color combination.
